Balance and top-ups
Your balance funds commissions and cash rewards. Top up manually or enable automatic top-ups; charges run through Mollie with idempotency protection, so a network hiccup can never double-charge you.
A top-up is a deposit, not a purchase: VAT applies to what you are actually charged for, not to moving your own money onto the platform.
VAT, honestly
VAT follows your country. Dutch brands are charged 21% Dutch VAT. EU brands outside the Netherlands with a verified EU VAT number fall under the reverse-charge mechanism at 0%; verification runs against VIES and stays visible in your billing settings. Outside the EU no Dutch VAT applies.
ThreeStove never charges you another country's rate: it is Dutch VAT or none, depending on your verified status.
The 0% reverse-charge rate only activates after your VAT number verifies. Until then the safe default applies.
The monthly invoice
A branded VAT invoice is numbered when you download it from your billing page, not emailed automatically when the month closes. Numbering is consecutive per account and stable: downloading the same period again returns the same invoice. A monthly summary email only goes out if that invoice already exists; it does not create one.
Campaign escrow shows up where it belongs: reserved per campaign, spent when cash rewards settle, visible in your balance history.
Costs at a glance
What a sale costs you is always the same sum: creator commission plus the ThreeStove fee at your current tier, both shown in the campaign wizard before you launch and in your reporting after.
There are no charges outside those two: no listing fees, no charge on sample orders, no cost per applicant.
Your fee tier is on your dashboard. Growing network volume through merchant invites lowers the fee on everything you run.
Rewards for Brands
Design milestone rewards, send starter samples, and run the claims queue with escrow-backed payouts.
