Step 1: what you are promoting
The wizard opens with one question, because that choice drives every step after it: whole store, a collection, or specific products.
Whole store pays one default rate on everything you sell and is the fastest honest start. A collection limits earning to one part of your range, picked straight from your connected catalog. Specific products lets you hand-pick items or SKUs, each with its own rate, which is how you push hero products harder than the rest.
If you pick a collection or specific products, the wizard will not let you continue on an empty selection. Choose at least one, or switch back to whole store.
Step 2: campaign details
Name, description and campaign image are what a creator sees first on your campaign page, so write them for that audience rather than for your own team.
This step also holds three settings that are easy to skip and expensive to get wrong. The commerce channel mode decides where the sale happens: External Store sends creators to your Shopify, WooCommerce or other webshop, TikTok Shop Native uses TikTok-native product links with TikTok as the source of payout truth, and Hybrid runs both side by side. The destination URL sets where tracked links land, which is how you point a campaign at a specific landing page instead of your homepage. Start and end dates are optional; an end date suits flash sales and limited offers, and leaving it empty keeps the campaign open.
The wizard pre-fills the campaign name from your scope. Name it for the selection it carries, so a creator reading Freeride Collection knows the deal at a glance.
Step 3: channels, markets and who gets in
Pick the channels where creators may promote you: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, blogs, or their own website. Website unlocks an embeddable tracked widget for approved creators who run their own site.
Customer markets narrow who the campaign is meant for. Minimum followers sets the floor for a connected channel, and it is measured against provider-verified numbers rather than anything a creator types.
The attribution window decides how long a click keeps counting: short windows suit immediate-action offers, and longer windows suit creators whose audience takes time to decide. Auto-accept approves creators automatically when their connected channel already meets your requirements; everyone else still waits in your queue.
The attribution window is not the return window. A commission can be attributed inside the window and still sit in review until the return period on that order has passed.
Step 4: commission and what a sale costs
Rules are applied per order line, not per order. A rule can carry its own percentage or fixed amount, or exclude a product from commission entirely, and you decide what unmatched lines earn: the default rate, or nothing.
The step shows the full cost picture next to your input: creator commission, the ThreeStove fee at your current tier, and what a sale actually costs you. Nothing is hidden behind a later screen.
Every payout is backed by a per-line breakdown, so what a creator earned on an order is auditable down to the product.

Step 6: rewards and starter samples
Rewards attach extras on top of commission: a starter sample every approved creator can claim immediately, and milestone rewards at sales targets. Samples are picked visually from your connected catalog.
On WooCommerce the sample order is created automatically when claimed. On Shopify the current draft-order permission creates a fully discounted draft and completes it, and older installs keep the claim in your Rewards queue so you can fulfil it from your own admin.
Creators see the complete reward ladder on your campaign page before they apply, so rewards work as acquisition and not just retention.
The checks before launch
Saving a draft has no requirements at all. Submitting sends the campaign to us for review, and that submission checks two things: a connected store integration in a healthy state, and a working payment method. It does not check your balance, and the wizard blocks submission while a store integration is unhealthy.
Budget for cash rewards is reserved when the campaign goes live after approval, so make sure it is funded by then. Cash reward claims settle from campaign escrow at approval and are blocked when escrow cannot cover them.
After launch, the campaign page is the contract: creators apply against exactly what you configured, and edits show there too.
