Attribution window
The length of time after a click that an order can still be matched to a creator. Every campaign sets its own window, and 30 days is the common default.
ThreeStove measures the window from the recorded click and applies the exact number set on the campaign you joined; see Attribution Windows Explained for how the evidence works.
Return window
The period a brand allows for a product to be returned before commission on that order stops being provisional. It runs on its own clock, separate from the attribution window.
On ThreeStove, an order can attribute on day one and still sit in review for the full return window; Attribution Windows Explained explains why that is normal, not a tracking failure.
Registered order
An order the platform has recorded and linked to a click or code, before any review has taken place. It is evidence, not yet money.
A registered order is the first rung on ThreeStove's payout ladder; see Payouts for Creators for what happens next.
Approved commission
Commission on an order that has passed review and is no longer provisional, though it can still sit below the payout threshold.
Approval is a state your payouts page shows explicitly; read Payouts for Creators for the full ladder from registered to paid.
Payable balance
The part of your balance that has cleared review and the return window and can actually be withdrawn, as distinct from your total balance.
ThreeStove shows both numbers side by side so a pending amount is never mistaken for money you can request; see Payouts for Creators.
Payout threshold
The minimum payable balance required before a payout can be requested.
ThreeStove's documented default is €50; Payouts for Creators explains what happens while your balance sits under it.
Self-billing
An arrangement where the platform issues the commission invoice on the creator's behalf, instead of the creator writing and sending one.
ThreeStove generates your self-billing invoice at payout under the agreement you accept during activation; see Payouts for Creators.
Escrow (reserve)
Funds a brand sets aside in advance to cover cash rewards and commission obligations on a campaign, held separately from the brand's general balance.
A cash reward claim on ThreeStove can only be approved when campaign escrow covers it; see Billing, Balance and VAT.
Platform fee
The percentage ThreeStove charges a brand on top of creator commission for running a campaign.
It starts at the Standard rate and drops as a brand's network volume grows; see Lower Your Platform Fee for the tiers.
Reverse-charge VAT
A VAT mechanism where a verified EU business customer accounts for VAT itself, so the invoice carries a 0% rate instead of the seller's local rate.
On ThreeStove this applies to verified EU brands outside the Netherlands; see Billing, Balance and VAT for the full country logic.
Starter sample
A reward with a sales target of zero, so it becomes claimable the moment a creator is approved rather than after any sales.
See Rewards for Creators for how claiming and fulfilment work.
Milestone reward
A reward that unlocks once a creator's approved sales on a campaign reach a target the brand set, such as a bonus at 25 sales.
Rewards for Creators covers claiming, and what to do if a claim stalls.
Commission basis
The rule that decides how much a creator earns: a single rate across a store, a rate per collection, or a rate per product or product line.
Brands set the commission basis in the campaign wizard; see Setting Up a Campaign.
Order line
One product line inside an order, the level at which ThreeStove actually applies commission rules rather than the order as a whole.
Setting Up a Campaign explains per-line rates, exclusions, and what an unmatched line earns.
Custom link
A creator's standard campaign link with reporting labels added, such as which post or platform it belongs to, so results come back grouped per piece of content.
See Custom Links for Creators for how to create one.
Sub-ID
An optional label attached to a tracking link to mark a specific placement or piece of content for reporting, without changing the destination or terms.
Custom Links for Creators lists the exact labels ThreeStove supports.
Creator code
A campaign-specific code a buyer can enter at checkout, which can attribute an order even when click evidence is thin.
A code still has to belong to the campaign and pass the same review rules; see Attribution Windows Explained.
Conversion rate
The share of clicks that turn into a completed order, usually read over a set period rather than from a handful of clicks.
Brands see a creator's 90-day conversion rate on the applicant card; see Reviewing Applicants.
EPC
Earnings per click: your average commission for every click on a tracking link, a way to compare how different campaigns pay for your specific traffic.
Compare EPC only over matching periods and once a campaign has real click volume behind it; browse live options in Joining Campaigns.
Applicant review
The step where a brand looks at a creator's profile, channels, and history before approving or rejecting a campaign application.
See Reviewing Applicants for what the applicant card shows and how bulk decisions work.
Network volume
Real, attributed order volume generated by merchants a brand has personally invited to ThreeStove, used to move that brand down the fee ladder.
See Lower Your Platform Fee for the tiers volume unlocks.
Connection health
The current state of a store's integration with ThreeStove: ready, needs attention, or disconnected.
Connecting Your Store explains what each state means and how to fix it.
Where do these terms appear in the product?
On the pages and states they describe: campaign terms, your payouts and billing pages, the applicant queue, and your integration settings. This glossary just collects the definitions in one place.
Is this list complete?
It covers the terms used across ThreeStove's guides today, not every word in the product. If you hit a term on a page that is not defined here, treat that as a gap to report rather than an intentional omission.
