The state ladder
Money moves through visible states, and each one means something specific.
A registered sale is attributed but not yet money: review, exclusions, and the campaign's return window still apply. Approved means the sale survived review. Payable means the return window has passed and the commission counts toward the balance you can actually withdraw. From there a payout moves it through processing to paid.
Your payouts page shows both numbers side by side: total balance and the payable part, so a pending amount is never a surprise.
A registered sale is not an approved one, and an approved one is not payable until the return window clears. Investigate a stuck state rather than assuming it paid.
Requesting a payout
Payouts unlock once activation is complete: payout details, tax information, and the self-billing agreement. A platform minimum applies and is shown on the payouts page when you request.
Rank boosts are applied to your commission as it becomes payable, so the number you withdraw already includes them.
Self-billing
ThreeStove works with self-billing: at payout, the invoice for your commission is generated on your behalf under the agreement you accepted during activation. You do not need to write and send invoices yourself; the documents live with your payout history.
Keep your tax details current. A changed VAT status or country affects how your documents are issued, and stale details are the most common payout delay.
If something stalls
A commission that stays in review is being checked; the same review that protects brands protects your legitimate sales from chargeback surprises. A payable balance below the minimum simply waits for the next sales.
When a payout itself fails, the state on the payouts page says so, and retrying after fixing the payout details resolves most cases. Support can trace any payout with its reference.
Check your payout details once per quarter. Bank changes you forgot to mirror here are the number one cause of failed payouts.
