What an application shows
Every applicant card carries the creator's profile: channels and follower counts where the creator shares them, recent click volume and conversion rate over the last 90 days, how many campaigns already approved them, and the milestone badges they earned.
Badges are worth reading: they are awarded automatically on verified results and cannot be self-assigned, so a Hat-Trick or Sharpshooter is real selling history, not bio copy.
Deciding
Open an applicant for the full detail view, or work the list directly: select multiple pending applications and approve or reject them in one action.
Decisions are yours alone; ThreeStove does not auto-approve anyone into your campaign unless you explicitly configured instant approval.
What approval unlocks
The moment you approve, the creator's tracking link goes live, the campaign playbook opens for them, and a starter sample, if your campaign carries one, becomes claimable: WooCommerce stores order it automatically; Shopify stores with the current draft-order permission get a €0.00 sample order, and older installs keep the claim in your Rewards queue.
A rejection notifies the creator in-app and by email. It is not a permanent ban: they can apply again.
Approval is also the moment reward eligibility starts counting. Approve deliberately; unapproving does not unwind a claimed sample.
Good habits
Review fast: creators apply to several brands at once, and the first approval usually gets the first post.
Judge fit over follower count. A 3,000-follower creator in exactly your niche outsells a generic 50,000-follower account, and the 90-day conversion data on the card tells you who actually converts.
Set a weekly reviewing moment. A stale applicant queue quietly costs you the creators you wanted most.

Design milestone rewards, send starter samples, and run the claims queue with escrow-backed payouts.
