Install from the Shopify App Store
Install the ThreeStove app on your store from the Shopify App Store. After the install you land on an embedded Connect Your Store screen inside your Shopify admin: sign in there with your ThreeStove brand account and the store is linked.
One Shopify store links to one brand account. If your account is already linked to a different store, disconnect it first; the connect screen tells you when that is the case.
No ThreeStove account yet? Apply first; store linking is part of brand activation, not a separate signup.
What the app reads, and what it never touches
The app reads exactly what attribution and campaign setup need: orders as conversion evidence, your product catalog so campaign scopes and sample pickers can show real products, and your theme only to check that the attribution bridge embed is enabled. It also registers the consent-aware web pixel that carries click evidence into checkout.
It never edits your products, existing orders, or theme content. The one store write is starter samples: with the current draft-order permission, a claimed sample becomes a 100% discounted draft that completes to €0.00; older installs keep the claim in your Rewards queue.
Finish the setup checks
The embedded Setup page runs the connection checks for you. The order webhook turns READY automatically after the install. The one manual step is the TS Attribution Bridge: the Setup page links straight into your theme editor, where you switch the app embed on and save.
Your ThreeStove dashboard shows the same connection health, so both sides always agree on whether tracking is live.
Verify with one documented test order
The embedded Testing page generates an affiliate test link that points at your own storefront with real attribution parameters. Open it in a private window, add any product to the cart, and complete checkout with the Shopify test gateway.
The paid order arrives through the order webhook and appears in your ThreeStove reporting with its attribution and commission breakdown. Only after that green run should you invite creators. The attribution windows guide explains what the evidence on that order means.
A test order proves the one configured path it exercises. Repeat it after theme migrations or material store changes.
Uninstall behavior
Uninstalling the app unlinks the store and pauses your active campaigns, so creators are never promoting a store that stopped sending order evidence.
Reinstalling later means connecting again and reactivating campaigns once the connection checks are green. Campaign history and reporting stay in your account.
Does the app write anything to my store?
Not your catalog, existing orders, or theme. It reads orders, catalog, and theme status, and registers the web pixel for attribution. The one write is starter samples: with the current draft-order permission a claimed sample becomes a €0.00 Shopify order; older installs keep the claim in your Rewards queue.
What happens to campaigns when I uninstall?
Active campaigns pause immediately and the store is unlinked. Nothing is deleted: reconnecting restores the integration, after which campaigns can be reactivated.
Why does my connection say Needs attention?
Usually the TS Attribution Bridge app embed is still off in your theme. The Setup page links directly to the right theme-editor screen; toggle the embed, save, and the check turns green on the next refresh.
