Connecting Your Store

Install the ThreeStove app from the Shopify App Store and link it to your advertiser account inside the embedded app. The integration reads what attribution needs: orders for conversion evidence, your product catalog for campaign scopes and sample pickers, and it registers the web pixel and attribution bridge that carry creator attribution into your order data.

The app never edits your products, existing orders, or theme content. Starter-sample claims on Shopify become a €0.00 draft order when the current draft-order permission is present; older installs keep the claim in your Rewards queue. Install the ThreeStove plugin on your WordPress site and connect it with the keys shown in your integration settings. The plugin registers order webhooks and carries the campaign attribution parameters through checkout.

Before inviting creators, place one documented test order through a tracked link: storefront visit with a campaign link, checkout, and then watch the order appear with its attribution and commission breakdown.

A test order proves the one configured path it exercises. Repeat it after major store changes, theme migrations, or plugin updates.

Integration health is visible in your settings: connected, needs attention, or disconnected. Attribution evidence ages; a store that stops sending orders shows up there before it shows up in your numbers.

When something looks off, the order trace is the first stop: it shows how an order entered, what attribution it carried, and how commission was computed. Support works from the same trace.
