Install the plugin
Download the ThreeStove plugin from your integration settings and upload it in WordPress under Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin. Activate it and the ThreeStove connection panel appears in your WooCommerce admin.
The plugin is built for standard WooCommerce checkouts; it does not replace your theme, your checkout, or your payment setup.
Connect with your store keys
Your ThreeStove integration settings show the per-store keys. Paste them into the plugin's connection panel and save; the plugin then registers the order webhooks that carry paid-order evidence to ThreeStove.
Keys are per store. A second shop gets its own connection, and rotating keys in ThreeStove invalidates the old pair.
How attribution travels through checkout
A creator link lands on your store with campaign parameters, and the plugin preserves that evidence through to the paid order, so the order arrives at ThreeStove with the click reference attached.

Verify with a documented test order
Before inviting creators, open your own campaign link in a private window, place a small test order, and watch it move through the states in your reporting: recorded click, registered order, commission after review.
If a state is missing, check the connection health view and the plugin version before anything else; most gaps are an outdated plugin or a checkout plugin that strips query parameters.
Keep the plugin updated. Order-format changes ship through plugin releases, and an outdated plugin is the most common cause of missing order evidence.
Starter samples order automatically
When an approved creator claims a starter sample, your WooCommerce store creates the zero-value order automatically with the creator's shipping address snapshot. Fulfilment then runs like any other order in your shop, and the claim tracks it in ThreeStove.
Does the plugin change my checkout?
No. It preserves campaign evidence through checkout and registers order webhooks. Your theme, checkout flow, and payment setup stay untouched.
My test order shows a click but no order. What now?
Check the connection health view and the plugin version first. An outdated plugin or a checkout customization that strips query parameters are the usual causes; update, then re-run the test order.
