Service

• Affiliate: A user who generates traffic, leads, or sales through approved marketing channels and may receive commissions from ThreeStove under these Terms.
• Advertiser: A party that creates and manages marketing campaigns on the Platform to promote products or services.
• Commission: A conditional monetary amount tracked by ThreeStove for a transaction that meets campaign requirements. A commission does not become a payout claim until it reaches the payable state under Section 4.
• Platform: The ThreeStove affiliate network platform, including all websites, applications, APIs, and services provided by ThreeStove.
• Valid Transaction: A completed sale, lead, or conversion that meets all requirements specified in the campaign terms, has been verified by our tracking system, and remains valid through the normal review and reversal window.

Commissions are first recorded as conditional and are awarded only for valid transactions that meet all campaign requirements. A commission may move through pending, held, approved, and payable stages. It becomes payout-eligible only once it is valid, approved, cleared, verified, and meets the applicable payout conditions.

During the normal review and reversal window, a transaction may be deemed invalid and commission may be withheld, reduced, or removed in the following circumstances:

• Chargebacks or payment reversals
• Order cancellations or returns
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious patterns
• Violation of campaign terms or these Terms of Service
• Use of prohibited marketing methods
• Self-referrals or transactions from your own accounts
• Transactions that do not meet minimum requirements (e.g., minimum order value)

We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or reject commissions during the normal review and reversal window if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Once a commission has become payable, normal advertiser-side returns and reversals no longer reopen it. Any later correction requires a separate controlled exception process, limited to explicit cases such as confirmed fraud, material system error, duplicate credit, legal requirement, or other documented exceptional grounds.

Payouts are processed according to the payment terms specified in your account settings and campaign agreements. Approval and payable status are not the same. Payment schedules may vary by campaign and are subject to change with prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Click Fraud: Generating artificial clicks, impressions, or traffic through automated means, bots, or fraudulent methods
• Cookie Stuffing: Unauthorized placement of tracking cookies or manipulation of tracking mechanisms
• Misleading Users: Deceptive practices, false claims, or misleading information about products, services, or offers
• Illegal Content: Promotion of illegal products, services, or content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Spam: Unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or communications that violate anti-spam laws
• Trademark Infringement: Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or intellectual property
• Self-Referrals: Creating accounts or transactions to generate commissions for yourself
• Circumvention: Attempting to bypass Platform security, tracking, or payment systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Fraud, suspected fraud, or fraudulent activity
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information
• Violation of these Terms of Service or any campaign terms
• Engagement in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 5
• Failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations
• Abuse of the Platform, other users, or our systems
• Any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform or other users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will receive any commissions that have become payable and meet the minimum payout threshold, subject to any lawful holds or documented exception handling.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. All pending commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to violation of these Terms. We may retain your information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
