Brands set campaign commission and review registered orders. Creators follow sales through review, approval, and payout. The product keeps those states visible to both sides.
Manual review · Application-based · Built in Amsterdam
Brands can pay for reach without knowing which orders followed, while creators can wait for unclear approvals and payout status. That makes a small partnership harder to evaluate than it needs to be.
ThreeStove puts the campaign terms, commission, tracked order, review period, and earning status in one workflow. Brands keep control of their campaign; creators see the terms before they choose to participate.
ThreeStove is early-stage. We have no public customer cases or traction figures to publish, and we do not substitute fictional testimonials or example dashboards for that missing proof.
Access is application-based. We review content quality, audience fit, business identity, and compliance so both sides enter a clearly defined campaign rather than an open marketplace.
ThreeStove serves brands and creators with different responsibilities and the same order-linked record.
For brands that want to test creator-led sales with controlled terms and a reviewable order trail.
Registered ecommerce businesses with a working store, clear product information, customer support, realistic margins, and the ability to fund campaign commission.
A bounded campaign setup: choose the commission and terms, connect order tracking, review creator applications, and evaluate confirmed orders before deciding whether to continue.
For creators who want to choose relevant campaigns and understand how a sale becomes an approved earning.
Creators with public, original content and an identifiable audience. Review considers content quality, audience fit, channel authenticity, traffic practices, and compliance.
Campaign terms before participation, a measurable link or code, order and commission status, and payout setup. The creator still owns the work and performance risk of making content.
The platform records the evidence available for clicks, orders, attribution decisions, and payout status. Built and operated inside the EU.
The redirect validates the configured destination, records the click, and issues a signed attribution token before forwarding the visitor. Background processing keeps fraud and attribution checks outside the shopper's page flow.
When checkout supplies the required click, coupon, or order evidence, the platform applies the campaign's attribution rules and records the decision. Softer signals remain subject to the configured attribution window.
Reports use prepared summaries linked to the underlying events. Updates are not presented as instant; the dashboard and status page show the current recorded state.
Payment services include Mollie, and outgoing affiliate payouts can use the configured bank payout rail. The applicable return period, payout schedule, threshold, and status are shown separately.
Account tools support data export and deletion, and business VAT numbers can be checked against VIES. ThreeStove is registered in Amsterdam (KvK 91906741, VAT NL004924342B04).
We run load and failure tests against the tracking path. The public status page is the place to check current component health; test results are not customer performance figures.
We have no public case studies to point to, and we will not invent any. Until publishable customer evidence exists, we show the review criteria and product boundaries instead.
This is not an open marketplace. Brands and creators submit information that can be reviewed before network access is granted.
A person reviews the application. Automated checks can support identity, compliance, and traffic-quality review but do not make the final access decision alone.
Review considers product and audience fit, content quality, traffic practices, business identity, support readiness, and whether the campaign terms are workable for both sides.
Unverifiable business or offer
Missing business identity, unclear product origin, unsupported claims, incomplete customer policies, or an offer that cannot be reviewed.
Unworkable campaign terms
A broken checkout, unclear returns, insufficient reserve, or commission terms that do not support a credible creator campaign.
Manipulated or prohibited traffic
A history of contextless mass-promotion, coupon-scraping, or bot-driven traffic.
Missing audience or content fit
Copied content, undisclosed promotion, conflicting campaign obligations, or no credible connection between the audience and the products promoted.
